Her area of expertise is vocational counselling and assisting clients in building resilience through personal growth. Vanessa is highly skilled in managing both physical and psychological complex claims and works collaboratively to identify tailored strategies for each individual. Vanessa is very passionate about the Life Insurance sector having worked in the industry for 15 years and spending 4 of them as the Life Insurance subject matter expert and account manager. Vanessa has spent the last two years assisting businesses with change management to build productive, cohesive and positive cultured working environments.

Michael commenced his career in Occupational Rehabilitation in 2002 upon completion of his Bachelor of Management, majoring in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. Michael also has a Master of Human Services from Griffith University.

Michael has worked with various providers and organisations including roles as a Rehabilitation Consultant, Team Leader, Injury Management Advisor, State Manager and most recently as a Regional Manager for a national provider for WA/SA/NT. Michael has worked across many industries including labour hire, mining, construction, major retailers and state and federal government departments. 

Michael is a high-level communicator with excellent people skills which has been made evident by his ability to lead cross-functional teams, whilst building relationships with internal/external customers including regulatory authorities and other key stakeholders. Michael has extensive experience in the Workers Compensation/Insurance arena, primarily within injury and operational management. His person-centred approach and his belief in the value of early intervention and a multi-disciplinary method result in evidence-based outcomes.

Jess has been involved with many facets of the rehabilitation and counselling industry since 2010 as a fully registered Social Worker, Rehabilitation Counsellor and Accredited Mediator. She is familiar with all aspects of vocational rehabilitation and case management, having previously worked for Gallagher Bassett. Jess specialises in complex medical conditions, including those psychological in nature, vocational counselling and high needs requirements in the Compensation space. Jess is very passionate about using her social work skills to assist clients in building confidence, goal setting and achieving a sense of self-worth and pride. She is a firm believer in the value of early intervention and a multi-disciplinary approach resulting in evidence-based outcomes. Her goal is, and always has been, to assist her clients in building better lives through optimising work and life participation and draws upon her various skills to provide individualised intervention and support accordingly.

Andrew has worked within Clinical Physiotherapy, Occupational Rehabilitation and Medical Expert Service provision since 1996; he has worked Australia wide in major business centres as well as remote and regional areas. His aim is to continue to provide quality, evidenced and outcome based, efficient and cost effective assessment and return to work services for a range of jurisdictions including WorkCover, Income Protection, Comcare and Self Insured sectors. His role as a Senior Industrial Physiotherapist involves the provision of high-quality Medical Expert and Vocational Rehabilitation Services for all sectors and he maintains a preferred provider status for a range of Self Insured businesses. 

Andrew has a particular interest in providing these services in the Riverland area and Iron Triangle of South Australia in addition to his metropolitan caseload. He travels to the Mount Gambier region on a regular basis.

Since 2011, Sareen has been providing high level Clinical Physiotherapy Services and Return to Work Services to organisations and individuals across South Australia. Partnering with employers, claims agents and injured workers, Sareen focuses his expertise to identify barriers to return to work promptly, in order to facilitate effective management strategies and achieve sustainable return to work outcomes. Sareen has significant experience in employer education and training, as well as with assessment services for workers with work related injuries, personal injuries, and injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents. 

Sareen has a particular interest in partnering with employers in the manufacturing and mining industries, to provide expert return to work advice as their nominated RTW Coordinator.   Tyler has been managing workers' compensation claims across South Australia and the Northern Territory as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist since 2020. Throughout his career, Tyler has adeptly navigated various schemes, including workers' compensation, self-insurance, Comcare/Orams, the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA), and the Australian Defence Force (ADF).

Tyler is dedicated to achieving positive rehabilitation outcomes by delivering recovery-specific education and ensuring treatments are appropriate, evidence-based, and progressive. He is known for building high-level, long-lasting relationships with all stakeholders, emphasizing ongoing collaboration and support to effectively address and overcome any barriers that arise. Bethan is a fully registered Rehabilitation Counsellor with and has been working with individuals from a diverse background since 2016. Bethan has extensive knowledge in vocational rehabilitation, case management, and return-to-work assessments. She specialises in psychological injury and vocational counselling, bringing both clinical insight and practical strategies to help individuals navigate recovery and re-engage with meaningful work. Passionate about empowering others, Bethan is dedicated to helping people rebuild confidence, rediscover their strengths, and achieve a genuine sense of purpose. She believes that meaningful employment can play a powerful role in restoring self-worth, happiness, and personal fulfilment. Known for her empathetic nature and collaborative, multidisciplinary approach, Bethan works closely with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to achieve sustainable and positive outcomes. Sarah has more than 20 years of experience within Vocational Rehabilitation, having worked across numerous support models throughout Australia, the USA, and the UK. Her experience spans a variety of workplace rehabilitation schemes, including Income Protection Insurance as an in-house Rehabilitation Consultant with Unum UK, rehabilitation provision for Life Insurers, Comcare, and Return to Work SA. Sarah also has a particular interest in the civilian integration and wellbeing of Australian Defence Force members and Veterans, having worked across Department of Defence and Department of Veterans Affairs rehabilitation programs, and most recently as a Case Manager for the UK Veterans Charity, Help for Heroes.

Sarah is passionate about supporting people to rebuild confidence, restore wellbeing, and create their own way forward following injury, illness, trauma, or significant life challenges. She adopts a holistic, person-centred approach, recognising that every individual's recovery journey is unique and that meaningful outcomes extend beyond work to include wellbeing, independence, purpose, and quality of life.

With extensive experience supporting individuals experiencing mental health challenges, trauma, psychosocial barriers, and complex life circumstances, Sarah focuses on building genuine relationships, identifying strengths, and helping people take practical and achievable steps toward recovery. Her warm, collaborative approach enables clients to feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey.
